This book Conceptualises the rise of the hybrid domain as an emerging institutional form that overlaps public and private interests. It explores how corporations, states, and civil society organizations develop common agendas, despite differences in their primary objectives. Using evidence drawn from extensive field research in India, it has examined various cases of social innovation in education, energy, health, and finance, which bring together the emergent institutional form, often with new technologies, to offer solutions for some of the most pressing social challenges of the twenty-first century. The book interested a broad audience in economics, political science, sociology, business management and public policy.
The audience participated in the interaction and Q & A session with enthusiasm.
